We are currently looking for an ESG Business Manager with hands-on experience in ESG Reporting (double materiality analysis, gap analysis, reporting, audit and process analysis).

Your responsibilities
As an ESG Business Manager, you will:
- Be our specialist in sustainability/ESG/ CSRD towards internal and external stakeholders;
- Possess the ability to understand the strategic goals of a company and identify the value of focusing on sustainability and more in general ESG data management and reporting;
- Translate these insights into a clear and well-defined roadmap that focuses on sustainability and responsible, compliant business reporting and data practices;
- Enlarge the DataShift ESG offering to support more clients in their ESG Reporting journeys.
- Stay up to date with current ESG related policies & guidelines (NFRD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, …) and assess the potential impact on businesses.
Job requirements
Your Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of experience in consulting or service-oriented environments, with at least 2 years specifically in the area of ESG Reporting (double materiality assessments, supporting clients in their ESG disclosures, limited assurance CSRD reporting, CSRD gap analysis...)
- Proven track record in addressing ESG challenges within project scopes and delivering sustainable solutions across industries;
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving complex ESG-related issues;
- Interest in structuring and enlarging the DataShift ESG offering to support more clients in their ESG Reporting journeys.
- Being able to deliver highly impactful activities against tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
