Currently, we are seeking a director to shape the future of our rapidly growing Business Analytics domain and to actively contribute to the overall growth of Datashift.
Your responsibilities
As our new director, you will:
- Lead, Grow & Inspire the Team: Take full ownership of team development and the overall advancement of the Business Analytics domain;
- Drive High-Quality Delivery & Growth: Ensure successful, high-quality delivery for our clients and drive the commercial growth of the Business Analytics domain;
- Shape our Strategic Direction: Play a key role in the management team, proactively shaping future strategies and spearheading growth initiatives in the Business Analytics domain and across Datashift;
- Stay Passionate and Informed: Maintain a deep passion for Business Analytics and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field;
- Be a Datashift Ambassador: Use your authenticity, empathy, and vision to inspire colleagues and external stakeholders.
Job requirements
Your qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of consulting experience, including 5 years in leadership roles with commercial responsibilities and client management expertise;
- Strong background in effectively managing and optimizing P&L responsibilities;
- Proven track record in a growth-oriented environment, with demonstrated success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take and further drive initiatives;
- A unique blend of commercial acumen and a people-oriented approach
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
