At Datashift, we’re looking for a BI Analytics Manager to lead and grow our BI focus area. You’ll combine strategic thinking with a solid understanding of BI to guide clients and teams toward success.
Your Role
As BI Analytics Manager, you are the driving force behind our BI service offering. You will:
Lead the BI focus area within our Analytics practice, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs around reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality.
Take full ownership of project outcomes and team performance, even in complex environments.
Assess and challenge BI deliverables, understanding the value of different BI capabilities without needing to be the deep-dive expert yourself.
Inspire and support your team, recognizing people as key assets and fostering a collaborative culture.
Contribute to Datashift’s strategic direction, representing our BI vision with clarity and confidence.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
6 to 10 years of experience in data & analytics, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Experience in building or growing business (e.g. a services, teams, products).
Strong affinity with BI, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A Master’s degree in (Business) Engineering, Economics or similar.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French, and professional proficiency in English.
